The Sac Dance Lab performance teams LOVE showing up to community events all over the Sacramento region! We’ve got four performance teams ready to appear at local events; Starbursts (kids), Academy (teens), Unity (adults), Sac Dance Co (our adult professional team). Our community performance sets typically consist of 2-5 high-energy, family-friendly routines ranging from 5-20 minutes designed to engage people of all ages through the art of dance.
