Sac Dance Lab Class Policies

Registration & Participation

  • No observers are permitted during classes. All individuals in studio spaces must be registered and participating.
  • Each student must have their own account and their own credits. Sharing accounts or credits is not permitted.
  • Age requirements for each class are firm and strictly enforced.

Check-In & Tardiness

  • Students must be checked in and in class within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.
  • No exceptions will be made for late arrivals. No credits or refunds will be issued for tardiness.

Studio Rules

  • No food, drinks, or gum are allowed in any studio spaces.
  • Water only is permitted and must be in a sealed container.
  • Filming or photography before being prompted or approved by the instructor is prohibited.
  • Professional filming or photography is prohibited unless approved by SDL staff.

Instruction

  • Classes are subject to substitute instructors without prior notice.

Class Packs & Cancellations

  • Class pack purchases are valid for one year from the date of purchase and may be used for any regular class.
  • Classes must be canceled online at least 6 hours in advance to retain the credit.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the class credit.

Sales Policy

  • All sales are final.
  • Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable to other accounts.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for a valid purchase will result in an immediate pause on your account. You will not be able to book or attend classes or events until the dispute is resolved. Unresolved disputes may result in permanent restriction from future bookings.

Children & Supervision

  • Sac Dance Lab does not provide child care.
  • Children under the age of 12 may not be left unattended in the lobby, clubhouse, or common areas.
  • Children may not sit in hallways, studios, or block walkways.

Conduct & Safety

  • Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from class or the facility without refund.
  • Sac Dance Lab is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
